Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Analyze the security status of OT systems and industrial networks (SCADA, PLC, DCS).
• Implement robust OT security architectures according to internal guidelines.
• Develop and maintain OT-specific security standards and policies.
• Conduct risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
• Collaborate with OT operations, engineering, and external partners to strengthen security culture.
• Plan and execute awareness programs and OT training sessions.
• Support TISAX, IATF 16949, and other audit and compliance requirements.
• Participate in projects to enhance OT security maturity and resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree in information security, automation engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications or training in OT/IACS security are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in OT/cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of OT security architectures, network security, and segmentation.
• Experience with industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3).
• Familiarity with standards like IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27000, IATF 16949.
• Understanding of SCADA/ICS/PLC systems and industrial firewalls is desirable.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis, risk assessment, and penetration testing in OT environments.
• Excellent German language skills.
