Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services is seeking an Accounting Assistant for its Chiasso office. You will manage invoices, process payments, and handle monthly banking tasks while ensuring accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM.

The role requires a degree in accounting or related field and 6–12 months of accounting experience, with a strong focus on detail and reliability. The position is fully in-office in Chiasso, within 20 km of the city, offering a starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross per year

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 6–12 months accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Based in Chiasso; in-office role within 20 km of Chiasso

Aufgaben

• Manage clients' and suppliers' invoices; verify accuracy in BeConcierge CRM and process payments promptly
• Establish payments via bank transfers per schedules and terms
• Handle banking and card payments monthly
• Prepare monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claims
• Apply accounting principles to maintain accurate, audit-ready records
• Collaborate with Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently
