Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology seeks an EMEA Field Product Specialist to drive adoption of existing and new technologies. You will support clinicians, accelerate introductions, and translate marketing strategies into effective field execution across EMEA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Clinical, Marketing and R&D, KPIs for therapy adoption, and enhancing CARTO systems usage for AF treatment, with substantial travel expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, life science or business administration.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the electrophysiology field in a clinical role, preferably with sales/marketing.
• Extensive travel across EMEA (~50% time).
• Technical and clinical skills in electro-physiology with deep product knowledge.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop NP Clinical Strategy and deployment.
• Drive adoption of NP and maximize its usage across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing and R&D to support new technologies.
• Support WW Clinical Marketing in identifying clinical claims and validation.
• Implement field strategy to ensure clear deployment and adoption of BW products.
