Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Zug, Switzerland, seeks an EMEA Field Product Specialist Electrophysiology to drive clinical adoption across the region and support healthcare professionals. You will accelerate the introduction of new solutions and translate marketing strategies into impactful field execution.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and R&D teams to validate clinical claims and ensure successful therapy adoption, with extensive travel across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, life science or business administration is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the Electrophysiology Field in clinical role, preferably with sales and marketing experience.
• Extensive traveling across EMEA is required (~50% time).
• Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology: basic clinical understanding and deep product knowledge to support EP cases.
• Analytical thinking with strong project management experience.
• Customer and marketplace orientation with ability to address needs through program delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Teamwork and collaboration to lead product management efforts.

Aufgaben

• Drive NP clinical strategy development and deployment and establish relationships with NP users and KOLs across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and R&D to support introduction of new technologies.
• Identify critical-to-success clinical claims and validate them clinically.
• Implement field marketing strategy with focus on product applications.
• Ensure deployment of strategies by local clinical teams for therapy adoption.
• Maximize CARTO systems and new technology usage in AF treatment with clinical teams.
• Represent the Clinical HUB within EMEA and maximize territory utilization per system.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental practices and company policies.
