Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology seeks an EMEA Field Product Specialist to drive adoption of new electrophysiology solutions. You will support clinicians, accelerate introduction of new technologies, and translate marketing strategies into effective field execution across the EMEA region.

You will work with Clinical, Marketing and R&D to validate claims, manage KOL relationships, and maximize technology utilization, especially CARTO systems, in AF treatment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, life science or business administration.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the Electrophysiology Field in clinical role, preferably with sales and marketing experience.
• Extensive traveling across EMEA is required (~50% time). Travel expectations included.
• Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology with deep product knowledge.
• Analytical thinking and strong project management experience.
• Customer focus and marketplace awareness for program execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Teamwork and ability to manage product managers.

Aufgaben

• Develop NP Clinical Strategy and deployment in NP adoption.
• Establish relationships with NP users and KOLs across EMEA.
• Work with Clinical, Marketing and R&D to support introduction of new technologies.
• Identify critical clinical claims and validate them with clinical data.
• Implement field marketing strategies for product applications.
• Ensure clear understanding and deployment of strategies by local clinical teams.
• Maximize CARTO systems and new technology adoption in AF treatment.
• Manage KOL relationships and regional communication.
