Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MSc or equivalent).
• Typically < 5 + years experience in Medical Affairs and/or clinical development in pharma/biotech, specific to Immunology.

Responsibilities

• Translate global medical strategies into aligned execution across IBU and LOCs for assigned TA/products.
• Lead IBU IMM Medical Education strategy execution, including speaker/faculty selection and on-site execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment of medical programs to support launch readiness and field execution across markets.
• Enable LOC medical teams to localize medical education content with clear guidance and coordinated support.
• Manage budgets and resources for assigned activities and provide spend visibility for informed decisions.
