Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceuticals International AG seeks an experienced IMM Medical Education leader to translate global medical strategies into effective education programs across IBU and LOCs for all IMM indications.

You will drive scientific content development, lead congress activities, and ensure timely delivery within budget, partnering with GMA, DDT, and Medical Operations to optimize engagement with external stakeholders and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree with pharma/biotech exposure.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or related fields.
• Ability to translate global medical strategies into local execution across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global medical strategy into IMM medical education programs across IBU and LOCs.
• Lead Tier-1 congress strategy and deliverables, including booths and satellite symposia.
• Guide innovative/digital formats for medical education in collaboration with DDT and GMA.
• Develop scientific content with IBU regional advisory boards and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Manage budgets and resources with Medical Operations and LOC teams.
• Engage KOLs and lead IBU IMM medical education strategy and events.
