Zusammenfassung

Glencore is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its Accounting Department in Baar, Switzerland. You will manage books for multiple group companies under IFRS, prepare statutory statements, and perform intercompany reconciliations, collaborating with Legal, Tax and Consolidation.

The ideal candidate holds a CA with Big 4 articles, 1–2 years post-qualification, strong IFRS knowledge (Swiss GAAP a plus), SAP S/4HANA Fi/Co and AfO, Excel proficiency, and excellent English.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with Big 4 articles experience.
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS; Swiss GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Fi/Co and Analysis for Office (AfO); strong Excel skills.
• Advanced English; corporate language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Keep books for multiple group companies under IFRS and provide monthly reporting pack to Consolidation.
• Prepare statutory financial statements per jurisdiction requirements.
• Execute monthly intercompany reconciliations.
• Liaise with counterparts worldwide and internal departments (Legal, Tax, Consolidation).
