Qualifikationen

• Mindestens Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung als IT-Spezialist mit Schwerpunkt Systemtechnik.
• Solides Wissen im Umgang mit Windows-Clients und -Servern.
• Kenntnisse über Microsoft Exchange, MS SQL Server und Netzwerkkomponenten.

Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs und der Wartung einer komplexen IT-Infrastruktur.
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Active Directory, GPO, DNS und Hyper-V.
• Installation, Unterstützung und Wartung von Arbeitsplatz- und Serversystemen, Netzwerken und Firewalls.
• Benutzersupport auf 1. bis 3. Ebene.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of a complex IT infrastructure.
• Assist actively with managing Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Hyper V.
• Handle installation, support, and maintenance of workplace and server systems, networks, and firewalls.
• Provide support to users at 1st to 3rd level.

Qualifications

• Completed training or further education as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology.
• Solid knowledge in handling Windows clients and servers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, MS SQL Server, and network components.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
