Job summary

Das Blaue Kreuz in Bern sucht einen ICT Specialist (60–80%) ab dem 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, um die digitale Entwicklung weiter voranzutreiben.

Sie betreuen unsere Microsoft-365-Umgebung, koordinieren ICT-Projekte und unterstützen Mitarbeitende, Brockis und Mitgliedsorganisationen bei ICT-Fragen. Der Arbeitsplatz liegt zentral in Bern.

Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, bringen Erfahrung mit SharePoint Online, Teams und Automatisierung ein und tragen zur sicheren IT-Infrastruktur bei.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung Informatik EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit relevanter praktischer ICT-Erfahrung.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere SharePoint Online und Teams, inkl. Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung.
• Erfahrung mit digitalen Arbeitsplattformen oder CMS-Systemen.
• Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Freude an Projektarbeit und Zusammenarbeit.

Responsibilities

• Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit Fokus auf SharePoint Online, Intranet und digitalen Arbeitsplattformen.
• Optimierung digitaler Arbeitsprozesse durch gezielten Einsatz von Microsoft 365, Automatisierung und KI.
• Planung und Begleitung ICT-Projekte sowie Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
• Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden, Brockis und Mitgliedsorganisationen bei ICT-Fragen; Betrieb der Telephonie über Teams und VoIP.
• Überwachung und Wartung der virtuellen Serverinfrastruktur, Netzwerk, VPN und Firewall.
• Mitwirkung bei Planung und Management von ICT-Ressourcen, Lizenzen und Budget; Ideen für Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Arbeitswelt.

The Blue Cross is a leading specialist organisation for alcohol and other addiction issues. It supports those affected and their relatives and is committed to prevention and youth protection. The national umbrella organisation coordinates the work of member organisations in 17 cantons. In 2027, the Blue Cross will celebrate its 150th anniversary.

For the umbrella organisation in Bern, we are looking for an ICT Specialist (60-80%) starting 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

ICT Specialist (60-80%)

You will actively shape the digital development of the Blue Cross and take on content-related as well as coordinating tasks within the ICT area.

Your tasks

• You will maintain and further develop our Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on SharePoint Online, intranet, and digital work platforms.
• You will optimise digital work processes through the targeted use of Microsoft 365, automation, and AI.
• You will plan and accompany ICT projects and coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners.
• You will support our employees, Brockis, and member organisations with ICT questions and ensure the operation of our telephony via Microsoft Teams and the VoIP centre.
• You will monitor and maintain our virtual server infrastructure as well as network, VPN, and firewall.
• You will contribute to the planning and management of ICT resources, licences, and budget and bring ideas for the further development of our digital work environment.

Your profile

• Training in computer science EFZ or comparable qualification with relevant practical experience in the ICT environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Teams, as well as user and permissions management.
• Experience with digital work platforms or CMS systems and interest in the further development and optimisation of digital processes.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of project work and collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You are interested in social, societal, and health issues and identify with our mission statement.
