Swisscom (Schweiz) AG recherche un expert pour piloter les opérations et résoudre les incidents dans le cadre des Custom Managed Services. Vous gérez les demandes clients et assurez le respect des niveaux de service.

Vous apportez des compétences avancées sur Intune, Config Manager et Azure, contribuant à la conception, à la sécurité et à l’automatisation des workflows. Vous évoluez dans un contexte collaboratif, en bureau en Suisse ou à domicile, avec des horaires flexibles et des opportunités

Qualifikationen

• Solide expérience avec Intune: Design et architecture, configuration, gestion des mises à jour, sécurité et conformité.
• Solide expérience dans Configuration Manager: Setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
• Connaissances en Azure, Security Baseline, Configuration Profile, Autopilot, Task Sequence & Software Update.

Avec notre équipe dynamique, tu gères les opérations, la résolution de problèmes. Tu t’occupes des demandes de nos clients dans le cadre de nos activités de « Custom Managed Services ». Gestion des opérations et résolution d’incidents Garantie du respect des services Identification d’opportunités d’automatisation des activités de support Participation au développement des « managed services ».

Solide expérience avec Intune : Design et architecture, configuration, gestion des mises à jour, sécurité et conformité, troubleshooting, résolution de problèmes.

Solide expérience dans Configuration Manager: Setup, integration and configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Good knowledge in OSD, App Mgmt., Patching mgmt., Reporting and monitoring.

Connaissances en Azure, Security Baseline, Configuration Profile, Autopilot, Task Sequence & Software Update.

Ce qui te distingue :

• Savoir-faire en Workplace Management (Windows 10/11 administration, configuration, WaaS)
• Connaissances MDM/MAM Airwatch, Lookout, E-Fota
• Connaissance et expérience dans le packaging applicatif
• Expérience VDI (Vmware/Citrix/Microsoft) Cloud PC et Virtual Desktop
• Expérience avec un outil d’analyse (par exemple : Nexthink)

Forte capacité de compréhension et de structuration, orientation solution, autonomie, sens du service et esprit d’équipe. Très bon niveau de français et d’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
