Hapa AG, part of Coesia, is seeking an ERP & Digital Solutions Specialist to ensure stable APPlus ERP operations and digital initiatives across the organization. You will provide 1st/2nd level support, coordinate with vendors and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes configuring ERP functionalities, supporting upgrades, and collaborating with IT and business teams to optimize workflows. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience with APPlus ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP applications, business processes and integrations.
• Experience with MS SQL and database management is advantageous.
• Experience in data analytics or BI is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and English.

About the Role

As our new ERP & Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, stability and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system. You will provide reliable technical support to our employees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine maintenance and continuously develop the system to meet evolving business needs.

With a solid understanding of our business processes, you will provide 1st and 2nd level application support, coordinate with external software vendors and work closely with different departments to implement new functionalities and improve existing solutions.

Beyond ERP application management, you will also contribute to our digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities for business process optimization, data analytics and intelligent automation, including AI-supported solutions. You will help translate business requirements into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency, transparency and productivity across the organization.

Main activities and responsibilities

• Ensure the stable operation, maintenance and business continuity of our APPlus ERP system.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level application support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate problem resolution with external software vendors.
• Configure, customize and continuously improve ERP functionalities, interfaces and integrations based on business requirements.
• Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, user training and the implementation of new functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, challenge existing workflows and optimize business processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for digitalization, workflow automation and AI-supported solutions.
• Support data analytics, reporting and dashboard development to improve transparency and data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with internal IT teams, infrastructure specialists and external partners to ensure secure, reliable and efficient system solutions.

What You Need to Be Successful

• At least 2 years of experience with APPlus ERP or comparable ERP systems, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of ERP applications, business processes and system integrations.
• Good knowledge of IT principles, application management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MS SQL and database management is an advantage.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence or reporting tools an advantage.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, AI applications or digital process optimization is highly valued.
• Experience working with Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Assembly departments is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Able to combine technical expertise with a good understanding of business needs.
