Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, lead Technologies industrialization and New Products introduction, and own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests).
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Microelectronics or equivalent
- Leadership/Management Training and Certificate
- Minimum 11 years of experience in a high-tech company
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Extensive experience in Product Yield Engineering and Continuous Technology Improvement, with a focus on results
- Proven expertise in process integration and IC Manufacturing process steps
- Successful track record in managing teams, focusing on performance and people development
- Experience in new product introduction, including layout review and evaluation of design rule violations
- Effective organizer of complex activities, with experience in establishing and driving KPIs, processes, work methodologies, and cultural changes
- Ability to design systemic solutions to achieve strategic goals
- Organized, problem-solving oriented, proactive, thorough, reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from Operator to CEO
- Excellent teamwork and stress management capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in automotive IC manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of automotive core tools, including statistics, data analysis, and risk-based thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, develop team skills, and drive performance towards operational excellence and KPI targets
- Lead the industrialization of technologies and new product introduction from qualification to mass production; drive continuous yield and technology performance improvements; monitor daily production results; manage material assessments and dispositions during non-conformance events
- Own operational aspects of Process Control, including fab electrical monitoring and capability improvements
- Contribute to process change review board and material review board decisions
- Collaborate with Operations, Process Development, Business Units, and Technical Services teams
- Define, own, deploy, and communicate departmental priorities aligned with company FAB strategy
- Conduct technical comparisons and analysis with benchmark companies; manage EM wafer foundries
