EM Microelectronic, a Swatch Group company, is seeking an experienced IC Front-End Quality Manufacturing Manager to ensure best-in-class manufacturing quality in the IC Front-End wafer fab. Reporting to the VP IC Operations, you will drive quality performances and ensure compliance with automotive and customer requirements across the IC Front-End.

You will lead quality policy deployment, manage PCRB and MRB processes, drive continuous improvement and audits, and work with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in electronics, microelectronics or physics.
• 10 years of experience in a high-tech company.
• 5 years of experience in a Quality Management Role.
• Six sigma black belt, Lean experience.

Aufgaben

• Deploys quality policy inside IC FE organization and ensures compliance to IATF16949 and customer requirements.
• Owns and chairs PCRB process and manages change with risk analysis and CIP opportunities.
• Ensures deployment of MSA, SPC, and MES rules to reduce scraps and NC events.
• Leads MRB and root-cause analysis for NC events to protect supply chain and customers.
• Drives audits and resolution of findings and proposes yearly improvement plans.
• Oversees customer complaints resolution and risk assessment of claims.
