Job summary

TAKKION seeks a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for wind, BESS, solar, or substation projects. You will drive on-time delivery by providing accurate forecasts, identifying risks, and supporting project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in utility-scale energy or heavy civil construction
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office (Excel), and scheduling practices
• Experience with wind, solar, BESS, or substations preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules from NTP through COD
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, OEMs, and subcontractors to validate logic, durations, and sequencing
• Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments
• Track project progress using actuals, forecasts, and recovery plans
• Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support claims, change management, and time-impact analyses as required
• Ensure schedules align with contract milestones, EPC agreements, and owner requirements
• Maintain schedule standards, templates, and best practices across the portfolio
• Other duties as assigned
