Job summary

TAKKION seeks a Senior Contract Administrator for Renewable Energy to independently review, analyze, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements supporting utility-scale projects. You will advise project teams on risk, interpret contract requirements, and ensure proper administration throughout the lifecycle.

Remote with limited travel, the role requires strong negotiation, risk assessment, and communication skills to protect the company’s interests while enabling project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in contract administration or related roles.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and construction contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract interpretation and risk allocation.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently review, analyze, draft, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements.
• Evaluate terms to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead negotiations within delegated authority.
