Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on analytical development for oligonucleotides or peptides.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and techniques (HPLC, MS).
• Interest or background in analytical development for oligonucleotides.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine measurements for Oligonucleotides (HPLC with UV and/or MS).
• Plan, execute, and document experiments in a small team.
• Use Empower or OpenLab to control analytical instruments and evaluate data with Genedata or Oligo Analysis Accelerator.
• Develop, improve, and validate analytical methods for quality assessment of oligonucleotides.
