Sonova Gruppe in Murten, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop equipment, test systems and software for the production of hearing, communication and consumer products worldwide.

You will join the Manufacturing Engineering team to design and qualify manufacturing solutions, integrating hardware, software and automation while collaborating with global production sites and diverse teams in a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in automation/industrial systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with electronic devices, embedded software or automated manufacturing systems.
• Strong LabVIEW programming experience.
• Knowledge of industrial systems and measurement equipment.
• Experience with PLC automation.
• Fluent English, strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach; able to handle unexpected technical challenges.

Aufgaben

• Develop manufacturing and test equipment for new products, covering hardware, software and system integration.
• Create test and configuration sequences using LabVIEW.
• Develop software interfaces for measurement equipment.
• Integrate electronic, mechanical and software components into complete manufacturing systems.
• Validate and qualify equipment before installation at production sites.
• Maintain and modernize existing manufacturing equipment.
• Provide second-level support to global production teams, remotely and on-site.
