Zusammenfassung

Miss Group seeks a Brand Manager to own Switzerland operations from Bern, leading employment, offices, compliance, budget and risk while executing the brand strategy locally. You will partner with central teams to position Miss Group against competitors and drive growth across billing, retention, and upsell.

You will build a high-performing local team, develop channel partnerships, oversee sales and marketing activation, and report to the COO with dashboards and strategic plans.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in country leadership or regional management.
• Strong track record in driving growth: billing, retention, upsell.
• Experience building channel partnerships and managing reseller relationships.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a local growth and operating plan aligned with global strategy.
• Own monthly billing, retention, churn, upsell and cross-sell targets.
• Manage local HR, team development, and admin functions.
• Define competitive positioning via pricing, technology and service excellence.
• Build and manage channel partnerships and alliances with agencies and platforms.
• Provide market insights to marketing and sales on competitors, trends, and channels.
• Oversee local sales execution, marketing activation, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Report to the COO with performance dashboards and strategic plans.
