You will own the technical vision, mentor engineers, and drive platform modernization while coordinating with teams in Switzerland and Portugal. Strong English and French preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years as Technical Lead, Architect or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong Java, Spring and API-based architecture experience.
• Agile delivery methods (Scrum) experience.
• SQL and relational databases proficiency.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Financial Services domain experience (Banking/Wealth/Asset Mgmt).
• CI/CD, Git, Maven; container deployments with Kubernetes/Docker.
• Kafka/MQSeries or equivalent messaging tech familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Own the Fees platform technical vision and target architecture.
• Design high-performance Java-based solutions and lead reviews.
• Coach engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to evolve the platform.
• Support nearshore engineering ramp-up in Portugal and coordinate with Switzerland teams.
• Ensure security, resiliency and production readiness in solutions.
