Job summary

Avaloq is offering a nine-month internship in Corporate Actions & Income Processing in Switzerland. You will work within a global Banking Operations team to learn how corporate actions are processed, from MT564/MT568 messages to client communications.

You will gain hands-on experience in event setup, notifications, and handling client inquiries, under guidance from experienced staff across Germany, Switzerland and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Economics studies with a focus in Finance or related field
• Proactive approach in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing Corporate Actions MT messages and learn the processing workflow
• Set up standard CA events and learn risk considerations and procedures
• Draft multilingual client notifications based on templates under supervision
• Support in handling client inquiries and learn resolution processes
