Job summary

Avaloq, headquartered in Switzerland, seeks a professional for the OTC Derivatives Team within Banking Operations. You will handle processing and lifecycle management of OTC equity and FX derivatives, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs and controls.

• Experience in back-office order processing and trade support.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Fluent English and Italian with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of OTC equity and FX derivative products and related instruments.
• Prompt follow-up with relevant parties to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Investigating and resolving outstanding break items (cash and position reconciliation).
• Ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs to mitigate risks.
• Escalating operational risks and supporting process improvements.
• Participating in user acceptance testing when required.
