Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification in fundraising, marketing, philanthropy, or related field (e.g., international relations, project management).
• Eight+ years of fundraising, donor relations, grants or NGO development experience.
• Proven track record securing and managing funding from diverse donors (public, private, individuals).
• Experience coordinating complex funding proposals and donor reports.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.
• Swiss donor/philanthropy network is an asset.
• Experience working autonomously in a small NGO with strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of APT's fundraising strategy and donor engagement.
• Oversee full fundraising cycle from identifying opportunities to drafting applications and reports.
• Coordinate donor reporting and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain a donor/grant database and track deadlines.
• Represent APT at meetings and events; supervise interns/consultants as applicable.
