Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT) in Geneva seeks a Fundraising Manager to lead and strengthen fundraising efforts in line with its strategic plan. The role involves owning the full fundraising cycle, from identifying opportunities to drafting applications and reports.

The successful candidate will manage institutional and individual donors, ensure high-quality stewardship, and collaborate with senior staff to secure resources for program delivery.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification in fundraising, marketing, philanthropy, or related field.
• Strong writing, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and implementation of APT's fundraising strategy and donor engagement.
• Oversee donor reporting, grant management and compliance with donor contracts.
• Represent APT in meetings, conferences and events and build a network of fundraising professionals.
