Job summary

standing ovation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead live marketing initiatives with a strong customer focus. You will manage end-to-end projects, from strategy to execution, delivering engaging brand experiences across media channels.

The role requires at least 5 years in live marketing or agencies, a relevant marketing/branding degree, and fluent German and English (French a plus). Hybrid work in Zürich, with flexibility to balance office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in live marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• A degree or certification in marketing, communication, or branding, paired with a strong foundational education.
• Expertise in developing and implementing cross-media brand experiences along the customer journey.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of your projects - from planning to execution.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit - you know how to inspire and motivate.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Project Management: You will have overall responsibility for the contextual, temporal, financial and qualitative planning and delivery of client projects - always with a focus on excellence and impact.
• Client Consulting and Strategy: Provide strategic advice to our clients, develop creative solutions in the realm of live communication, and design brand experiences that deliver lasting value.
