Zusammenfassung

MSF Switzerland/OCG is seeking a Researcher to lead capitalisation and research on operational and ethical issues within a small team in Geneva. You will work autonomously yet collaborate with internal networks and external partners, including academic forums and think tanks.

The role requires a polyvalent profile, field coordination experience, and the ability to carry out ad hoc dossiers as needed. Reporting to the head of UREPH, the position is based in Geneva with potential field visits.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social sciences or related field (PhD a plus).
• Experience in field with MSF is compulsory.
• Fluency in French and English (compulsory).

Aufgaben

• Publish peer‑reviewed research articles in international journals.
• Present research results in internal and external meetings.
• Lead or participate in building partnerships with humanitarian, academic or public health institutions.
• Coordinate with MSF sections and think tanks to share insights.
• Engage in internal debates to improve policies and humanitarian action.
