Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead Thematic Strategy and position SWISSAID as a leading voice on Farmer Managed Seed Systems (FMSS)
• International Advocacy: represent SWISSAID in global forums and negotiations
• Domestic Policy Influence: drive Swiss policy engagement with governments and stakeholders
• Technical & Strategic Oversight: guide FMSS projects and advocacy activities across offices
• Quality Assurance: review project applications, strategies and policy outputs
• Knowledge Management: collect and systematize lessons and maintain exchanges with UN, donors and CSOs
• Communications & Media: support media engagement (German/French) and interviews to amplify positions
