Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders.
- Used to working in a matrix and being part of a Group HR team
- Some international experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent German and English are a must have
