Job summary

EY in Basel, Switzerland is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors transformations and HR technology initiatives. You will guide client engagements, shape strategies, and work across modules such as EC, ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Management.

You’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders, mentor teams and help integrate AI and digital agents to enhance HR processes and employee experiences in a global, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in one or more areas: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Time Management/Time Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programmes for national and international clients.
• Advise HR and business leaders on HR technology, digital HR and workforce transformation topics.
• Design and deliver innovative SuccessFactors solutions across one or more modules.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engagements.
• Support business development activities, client pursuits, proposal development and RFP responses.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Help clients understand how AI, automation and digital agents can enhance HR processes, employee experiences and workforce decisions.
