Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join the HR Transformation Team in Switzerland, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and broader HR technology transformations. You will lead complex client engagements, advise on HR technology topics, and shape how AI and digital agents enhance HR outcomes across Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting and more.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across industries, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while delivering high-impact HR

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Proven HR technology transformation track record.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English plus at least one Swiss national language.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programmes for national and international clients.
• Advise HR and business leaders on HR technology, digital HR and workforce transformation topics.
• Design and deliver innovative SuccessFactors solutions across one or more modules.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engagements.
• Support business development activities, client pursuits, proposal development and RFP responses.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Help clients understand how AI, automation and digital agents can enhance HR processes, employee experiences and workforce decisions.

We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing HR Transformation Team in Switzerland. In this role, you will combine SuccessFactors expertise with broader HR transformation capabilities, lead complex client engagements, support business development activities and help shape how emerging technologies such as AI and digital agents create value across HR.
