To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are seeking a talented:
HR Training Coordinator (temporary contract)
Reporting directly to our HR Training Manager based in Switzerland, you will be responsible for enhancing training activities and ensuring their effective deployment.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the annual training calendar based on established priorities. This includes organizing, facilitating, and coordinating training sessions, as well as managing internal training programs (e.g., onboarding for new employees). You will oversee all language courses and assessments, manage training evaluations, and conduct follow-ups.
You will also monitor the training budget by handling and tracking all related invoices. This involves researching new local and international suppliers and managing administrative and logistical tasks.
Additionally, you will manage yearly and ad hoc training statistics for the company and the LVMH Group. Maintaining daily communication with headquarters in Rome and other LVMH Maisons regarding organizational and administrative matters will be a key part of your role.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a training role within a multinational, well-structured environment, preferably in the luxury industry. You demonstrate a genuine passion for Learning & Development, are positive, energetic, and people-oriented.
You possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work. You are skilled at prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities. Proactive, creative, with a strong sense of ownership, you consistently meet deadlines.
As a native French speaker and fluent in English, you are comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and various digital and interactive tools. You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and teamwork. Solution-oriented and autonomous, you work in an organized and structured manner.
