Job summary

TAP AG seeks a Master’s student for a six-month internship in Switzerland to support the HR technology platform project. You’ll analyze vendor landscapes, draft RFIs, and build a PoC using TAP data, with exposure to payroll, learning, and reporting integrations.

Qualifications

• Master’s student (or completing one) in a formal placement.
• Structured, analytical, able to convert vendor answers into a single comparison.
• At ease with Excel and data; willing to learn the prototype requirements.
• Fluent in English; team-oriented in a small international team.

Responsibilities

• Map the vendor landscape for cloud-native HR core systems against HR criteria.
• Support the RFI: draft questionnaire with HR/ICT, collect and structure answers.
• Build a PoC on TAP data with shortlisted solutions and document setup effort.
• Map integration points: payroll in four countries, learning, reporting.
• Maintain the working document and present findings to HR team and Leadership Team.
