Distran, a Swiss high-technology company, is seeking a Finance & HR Intern to support finance and HR/admin tasks. The six-month internship may convert to a permanent role, with responsibilities spanning accounts, payroll, and office operations across Swiss, French, and US entities.

The role emphasizes numerical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in automation and AI, in an international SME environment. Based in Zürich, Swiss payroll exposure is included.

Qualifications

• Recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable for Swiss, French and US entities
• Maintain financial records and general ledger administration
• Review employee expense claims for policy compliance
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile bank and credit-card accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
• Contribute to improving and automating finance processes
• Support payroll administration and HR administration tasks
• Coordinate office administration and communication
