Job summary

Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG (TAP) invites a Master’s student to join a six-month internship focused on HR technology platform sourcing and prototyping. You will map cloud-native HR cores, draft and structure vendor responses, and design a PoC using TAP data.

You’ll document setup effort and present results to the HR team and Leadership Team. The role emphasizes analytical work, Excel/data skills, and curiosity about AI tools in HR.

Qualifications

• Masters student or completing one in a relevant field and ready for a formal placement.
• Structured and analytical approach with the ability to turn many vendor responses into one readable comparison.
• Strong Excel and data skills; comfortable with data and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Map the vendor landscape for cloud-native HR core systems against HR criteria.
• Support the RFI by drafting questions, collecting answers, and building a comparison.
• Build a PoC on TAP data with shortlisted solutions and document setup effort.
• Map integration points for payroll across four countries, learning, and reporting.
• Keep vendor files, comparisons and PoC results in one working document and present findings.
