Job summary

At LGT Gruppe Holding AG in Switzerland, we seek an experienced HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist to join our HR Services & Digital Transformation team. You will combine hands-on Workday development with design and delivery of data-driven HR solutions and AI-enabled HR use cases.

You will shape the future HR organization by building, testing and rolling out HR AI agents in Lumen and ensuring high data quality, governance and trusted HR data across Workday and connected systems.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in HR technology and HR digital transformation; Workday experience essential.
• Proven experience in maintenance, configuration and further development of HR processes and reports in Workday.
• Experience in data quality management, data governance and data analysis with ability to translate findings into improvements.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and developing/testing use cases or agents; HR apps and responsible AI practices are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the further digitalization of HR processes in close collaboration with HR teams, IT and external partners.
• Develop, test and share HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, from idea to rollout and ongoing improvement.
• Identify and address HR data quality issues with HR teams and implement data standards and controls.
• Ensure quality and use of HR data across Workday and connected systems; support interface topics with IT.
• Maintain, optimize and further develop Workday and its business processes, reports and configurations.

At LGT, we are further developing HR through digital solutions, reliable data and the responsible use of AI. To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist to join our HR Services & Digital Transformation team.

In this role, you will combine hands‑on Workday development with the design and delivery of data‑driven and AI‑enabled HR solutions. You will help shape the future HR organization and its ways of working by developing processes, digital solutions and our global HR platform, Workday. You will turn HR needs into practical solutions by building, testing and rolling out HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen, LGT’s internal AI platform, and refining them based on feedback. A strong focus on data quality, governance and trusted HR data will underpin this work.

This is a unique opportunity to actively influence how HR works at LGT – by creating efficient, intuitive employee experiences and putting data and AI to responsible, practical use in HR.

Requirements

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data/Analytics or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in HR technology and HR digital transformation; practical Workday experience is essential.
• Proven experience in the maintenance, configuration and further development of HR processes and reports in Workday.
• Experience in data quality management, data governance and data analysis, with the ability to define pragmatic standards and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, including developing and testing use cases or agents; experience with HR applications and responsible AI practices is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills.
• A collaborative, proactive and curious mindset, combined with a high degree of ownership, integrity, discretion and customer orientation.
