BYD Europe is seeking an HR Specialist based in Switzerland, ZuG, to join our international team with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude.

We offer onboarding, transactions, promotions and offboarding, plus engagement initiatives and policy training. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, fluent German and English, at least 3 years in HR, and strong HR data analytics and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• 3+ years HR experience (generalist or specialist).
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, contract management and compliance.
• Strong analytical capabilities in HR data.

• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.

About the role

In order to enable the strong growth of our company, BYD Europe is looking for an HR Specialist base in Switzerland, ZuG, to join our international team with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management:

• 1. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are integrated effectively into the company culture.
• 2. Employee Transfers: Manage internal transfers, working closely with managers to facilitate smooth transitions and ensuring alignment with career development plans.
• 3. Promotions: Coordinate promotion processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with performance and potential.
• 4. Offboarding: Handle off boarding processes, including exit interviews, ensuring a positive and professional experience for departing employees and gathering feedback for organizational improvement.

Employee Relations:

• 1. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and increase retention.
• 2. Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• 3. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and provide training to managers and employees as needed.

Talent Acquisition:

Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Chinese or other language proficiency is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, contract management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
