HR Payroll & Reporting
Do you have a good feel for figures, work in a structured manner, and have sound experience in payroll accounting? If you also enjoy analyzing HR data and creating meaningful reports, then you've come to the right place.
Your tasks:
- Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for our employees, taking into account legal and collectively agreed requirements.
- Maintaining and managing personnel master data and transaction data in the payroll system.
- You are the contact person for employees, authorities, and health insurance companies for payroll-related issues.
- Creating evaluations, statistics, and reports for HR and other departments.
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements as well as internal and external audits.
- Further development and optimization of processes in the area of payroll & reporting.
Your skills and qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist).
- Profound professional experience in payroll accounting; familiarity with German payroll tax and social security law.
- Experience in the use of SAP HCM or a comparable payroll or accounting program.
- Very good Excel skills and interest in reporting, data analysis, or HR key figures.
- Team spirit, careful, and structured way of working.
