HR Payroll & Reporting

Do you have a good feel for figures, work in a structured manner, and have sound experience in payroll accounting? If you also enjoy analyzing HR data and creating meaningful reports, then you've come to the right place.

Your tasks:

1. Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for our employees, taking into account legal and collectively agreed requirements.
2. Maintaining and managing personnel master data and transaction data in the payroll system.
3. You are the contact person for employees, authorities, and health insurance companies for payroll-related issues.
4. Creating evaluations, statistics, and reports for HR and other departments.
5. Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements as well as internal and external audits.
6. Further development and optimization of processes in the area of payroll & reporting.

Your skills and qualifications:

1. Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist).
2. Profound professional experience in payroll accounting; familiarity with German payroll tax and social security law.
3. Experience in the use of SAP HCM or a comparable payroll or accounting program.
4. Very good Excel skills and interest in reporting, data analysis, or HR key figures.
5. Team spirit, careful, and structured way of working.
