Aufgaben

• Process and distribute daily mail.
• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, contracts, reference letters and documents.
• Prepare onboarding packages and conduct onboarding meetings.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and tools.
• Report accidents and illnesses to insurance providers.
• Prepare maternity, paternity and loss-of-earnings documentation.
• Provide information and support on HR administrative inquiries.
• Support planning of internal events (e.g., Future Day).
• Assist team with ongoing projects and provide reception support as needed.
