Job summary

WinGD Ltd. in Winterthur seeks an HR Service & Operations Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100% to join our HR team. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, and support employees and managers on HR topics.

The role requires native German and strong English, HR-Fachausweis or willingness to develop, and a structured, service-oriented mindset. This position offers the chance to shape HR processes and collaborate with HR Partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and structured.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations.
• Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Support employees and managers on HR operational topics.
• Co-join HR-Projects, such as implementing workflows or Lean Administration.
• Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Are you looking to start or further build your career in HR Operations? Join our People & Culture team and become a trusted partner for employees and managers across the entire employee lifecycle. You will gain hands-on exposure to HR administration, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, process improvement and digital HR initiatives.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations.
• Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Support employees and managers on HR operational and administrative topics.
• Co-join HR-Projects, such as implementing workflows or Lean Administration
• Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes, such as Internal Controls.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or commercial roles with HR exposure.
• Interest in HR processes and systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong attention to detail plus high accuracy and reliability.
• Structured and service-oriented mindset.
• Native German and strong English skills.
