Job Details

Location: Switzerland (or open to relocation)

Experience: Over 10 years in senior HR roles, preferably in Switzerland, with a focus on labor relations and compliance.

Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary advisor on Swiss labor law and employment practices.
  • Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and contractual changes.
  • Address sensitive employee matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal escalations.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure HR policies remain up to date.
  • Oversee payroll operations in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage statutory reporting for taxes, pensions, and social contributions.
  • Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain and enforce internal HR policies and procedures in line with local and international standards.
  • Support internal audits and ensure readiness for external regulatory reviews.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR practices across locations.
Candidate Profile
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss employment law and familiarity with international HR standards.
  • Experience working in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong command of HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
