Amplifon is seeking an HR Intern to support admin tasks, internal communications, and recruitment efforts within an international HR team in Switzerland. You will collaborate with the HR Director and Operations, assisting onboarding, payroll prep, and time tracking across the organization.

The role emphasizes MS Office excellence, strong communication, and a proactive mindset, with exposure to projects like Employee Engagement and employer branding. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in German and English; French advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and a good change agent.

Aufgaben

• Support HR admin tasks across the employee life cycle.
• Assist with onboarding, contracts, and administrative follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees and apprentices.
• Contribute to international HR projects (engagement, employer branding).
• Assist payroll prep and time tracking with the Payroll Specialist.
• Support recruitment activities and CV screening tasks.
• Improve internal communication and intranet management.
