Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Zurich, Switzerland, seeks an HR Generalist (all genders) to oversee employee lifecycle processes, onboarding and offboarding, and Welcome Day logistics for Corporate Office staff.

You will be the main contact for German-speaking POS and Corporate Office employees on HR administrative matters, prepare employment contracts, and collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure data accuracy and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR/admin experience with knowledge of Swiss employment law and social security is preferred.
• Excellent communication, discretion and confidentiality are essential.
• Fluent German and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee lifecycle processes, onboarding and offboarding, including Welcome Day logistics for Corporate Office employees.
• Monitor HR KPIs, manage personnel budget roll-forwards, prepare HR data reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as main contact for German-speaking POS and Corporate Office employees on HR administrative matters.
• Independently prepare and update all employment contracts.
• Collaborate with internal and external HR stakeholders across EMEA and Global CoEs to ensure smooth information flow.
• Organize recurring HR events (Town Halls, meeting minutes) and keep organizational charts up to date.
• Act as superuser and main contact for the time and attendance system.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR regulations, policies, processes and procedures in cooperation with HR Manager.
• Support and implement various HR projects as required.
• Provide support throughout the POS recruitment process.
