Celonic is seeking an HR Generalist in Basel, Switzerland, joining a growing HR team to support activities across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR Director to gain practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment, reporting and employee administration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is currently studying or recently completed in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields, with 1-2 years HR experience and a strong data mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration or a comparable role is an advantage.
• Structured and reliable way of working, with ownership and accountability.
• Curious, proactive and willing to take on new topics and learn by doing.
• Strong attention to detail and an affinity for data, systems and process improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing different priorities.
• Open and clear communication style, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team.

Aufgaben

• Support the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in our HRIS, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
• Support time tracking, absence management and related reporting, including follow-up on open topics.
• Assist with the preparation and review of monthly payroll inputs and payroll-related information.
• Support HR team in communicating and coordinating with authorities and insurance providers, particularly for sickness and accident cases.
• Coordinate interviews, support candidates through recruitment and conduct selected interviews if experienced.
• Support administration of employee benefits, gifts and other services, including stock management.
• Prepare regular HR reports and monthly KPIs for management with accurate, meaningful data.
• Contribute to improving HR systems, data quality and processes, incl. automation of recurring tasks.
• Support HR projects, employee events and other ad-hoc initiatives.
