Flyability, a Swiss robotics scale-up based in Lausanne, seeks an HR Assistant (100%) to support the People team. You will manage HR administration, onboarding, and recruitment coordination, helping ensure a smooth employee journey in a fast-growing, international environment.

The role offers exposure to a wide HR topic range, collaboration with managers, and ownership of key processes from day one. Fluent French and English are required, with a proactive, discreet, and service-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• CFC Employé(e) de commerce or equivalent in an HR/admin setting.
• Swiss HR certificate (HRSE) or 2+ years HR experience.
• Fluent French and at least B2 English, with strong communication.
• Proactive, discreet, and customer-focused.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate HR administration, contracts, records, and permits.
• Support recruitment: post ads, liaise with schools, schedule interviews.
• Own onboarding processes and first-day experience.
• Assist HR Generalist and contribute to HR projects.
• Assist with internal events and employee engagement.
