Join La Prairie as an HR Administrator, where you will provide essential support throughout the employee lifecycle, enhance HR processes, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture. This role requires HR experience and fluency in German and English, with a focus on delivering top-notch HR services and support.
The HR Administrator delivers essential administrative support to HR Business Partners throughout all phases of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding. As a primary point of contact for employees, this role provides timely, accurate, and employee-focused HR assistance and guidance. In addition, the Senior HR Administrator contributes to the successful execution and continuous improvement of HR projects, processes, and initiatives, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations across the organization.
