Job summary

Swisslinx AG seeks an Laboratory Assistant with strong hands-on HPLC method development and validation experience to independently deliver analytical service projects. You will operate HPLC/UPLC systems, develop methods, and report results to stakeholders across the business.

The role requires DoE experience, data scripting skills in R/Python, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict documentation and safety standards. English proficiency at B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with hands-on HPLC experience.
• Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry with hands-on HPLC experience is a plus.
• Experience operating modern UPLC/HPLC equipment, including method development and validation.
• Experience with DoE (Design of Experiments).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute analytical service operations for prioritized projects.
• Deliver results by developing protocols, performing measurements, and reporting findings.
• Develop and validate new analytical methods with internal experts.
• Communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE regulations and maintain safe work practices.
