Job summary

Clear Solutions Laboratories AG in Basel is seeking a Scientist to perform independent laboratory analyses, drive routine testing workflows, and support data delivery for biologics projects. You will plan, prepare, and execute HPLC and plate-based assays, document results, and maintain LC instruments.

A BSc/MSc in analytical sciences and 2+ years of hands-on experience are required, with polysorbate analysis familiarity seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on analytical testing experience (HPLC, plate assays).
• Familiarity with polysorbate analysis (PS20/PS80) in biologics or protein formulations is a plus.
• Motivation to grow into project coordination and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and perform routine and non-routine analytical testing (HPLC/LC runs, plate assays).
• Process analytical data, document results, and draft technical summaries/reports.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting for LC instruments and lab equipment.
• Support internal innovation, method optimization, and data contribution to publications or client presentations.
