We are seeking an experienced professional as Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping Department with passion and professionalism, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the entire housekeeping operation, drive operational excellence, manage budgets and resources, and develop your team to achieve outstanding performance. For this position, proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in the hotel industry is required. Experience in luxury hospitality is particularly desirable.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel environment is mandatory.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or an upscale hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of quality awareness, service orientation, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good German and English language skills are an advantage.
