Job summary

Park Hyatt Zurich is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping Department with passion and professionalism, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for the entire housekeeping operation, drive operational excellence, manage budgets and resources, and develop your team to achieve outstanding performance.

For this position, proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in the hotel industry is required,

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel environment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or upscale environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Very good German and English language skills are an advantage.
