Luna Capital is seeking a skilled Butler for a luxury private chalet in Switzerland. The role focuses on personalized, discreet service, welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate with the Head Butler and Chalet Manager to anticipate needs, manage private dining, and ensure flawless presentation and guest satisfaction across stays. Fluent in French and English, additional languages are a plus; a driving license is an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, Guest Relations Agent, or similar in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards, butler etiquette and personalized guest care.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clientele with discretion and attentiveness.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages (German, Russian, Arabic) are an asset.
• Impeccable presentation, discretion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven; able to adapt to guest needs.
• Flexible, adaptable, and available according to guest and operational requirements.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player; driving license is a plus.

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with luxury hospitality standards, including private dining and special occasions.

• Assist with guest requests, arrangements, and personalized experiences in coordination with the Head Butler, Chalet Manager, and other departments.

• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service etiquette, and attention to detail at all times.

• Ensure guest areas are impeccably prepared and presented throughout the stay.

• Assist with daily chalet operations, including table setups, service preparations, and coordination with Housekeeping and Culinary teams.

• Maintain and update guest preferences to ensure a highly personalized experience.

• Handle guest requests and unexpected situations with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Promote the property’s services and contribute to guest loyalty and satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within luxury hospitality, private residences, villas, yachts, or 5-star hotels.

• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards, butler etiquette, and personalized guest care.

• Strong understanding of the expectations and requirements of high-net-worth clientele.

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as German, Russian, or Arabic are an asset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
